Booking

At the time of booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment date and time. Your session deposit can be made in the form of payment of Vanteau Media’s invoice or bank transfer. Appointments made without deposit may not be honored and are subject to cancellation. Payment of the deposit is required at the time of booking and has a 24-hour grace period. Deposits that are not paid within 24 hours of setting an appointment may not be honored and subjects the appointment to cancellation. Payment of the deposit acts as an agreement to all of the Vanteau Media’s policies. Collaborations/Creative Endeavors booked with no monetary gain give Vanteau Media ALL rights to photos taken and can be used however/whenever we see fit. 

Payment

Sessions must be paid in full prior to shoot date or immediately after the shoot via the invoice we will forward to your email. Checks are  accepted. An additional $75 surcharge will be added on all sessions where client is beyond 15 minutes late. Session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.

Minimum Level of Engagement

Our Minimum Level of Engagement is the perfect entry point for individuals, startups, and small businesses seeking to leverage our expertise in media production. We understand that budget considerations are crucial, particularly when venturing into new avenues for your content. That's why we've meticulously crafted this package to offer you a glimpse into our capabilities, enabling you to experience the realm of professional media production at its finest.

Cancellation

If you are unable to make your photo session all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session or a half refund. If not notified within 24 hours of the session the half deposit rule is cleared and there will be no refund BUT the client can reschedule for FREE on a day that fits Vanteau Media’s schedule within 3 months. Vanteau Media reserves the right to deny service to any client(s) who repeatedly have a history of cancellations. If Vanteau Media cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to illness or emergency, then the Videographer/Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that video/photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event Vanteau Media fails for any other reason, Vanteau Media shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
